Rent payment.

The payment should be registered on your account at the SGS before the starting date of the contract.

You find the payment instructions here.

The exact amount will be visible under "My pages" when the flat has been booked for you.

Check your account under "My pages", then "Rent notes/Invoices" on the the website for ISMO. If the payment has not been registered two weeks after the payment date, contact SGS Customer Service. 

Observe that SGS does not send you any confirmation of received payment. You check the payment registration on the ISMO website under "My pages" and "Rent notes/Invoices"

It will take several days for payments from abroad to be registered. Please wait for 5-7 working days before checking the account.

The rent is always paid in advance the last working day each month at the latest. A new invoice appears under My pages at the end of every month. The OCR/reference number varies from one month to another. 

 

Electricity.

Electricity may not be included in the rent. Please Contact SGS Customer Service if you are unsure.
